The issue in GetHuman-louwonda's own words
I tried to book with Trivago this afternoon and thought I was booking directly wit them only to discover that my booking was with a third party who couldn’t confirm my booking but my bank is showing that $*** has been charged on my card. The third party’s name is Amoma. I’m very upset. I had to cancel my card but the bank send that Amoma have until the **nd to take the money ($***) Not happy and I will never use Trivago again I will have to get my bank to chase the $ from them if it shows that they took it after the **nd of January.
GetHuman-louwonda did not yet indicate what Trivago should do to make this right.
