Attention Trivago,*I recently sent an email to Hotelquickly, requesting action after they cancelled my hotel booking. I will include that email here. I am sure that this isn't the first complaint you've had regarding this company. The fact is, I booked with Hotelquickly without researching their reputation because Trivago presented them as a hotel provider, and I booked believing that your website used reputable providers. I trust that you may be depended upon to help me in getting a refund, as you surely bear some of the responsibility, as the company who recommended them. Here is the email I sent to them: Attention Hotelquickly,*I received an email on December *, **** indicating that my reservation at The Fairmont Queen Elizabeth in Montreal, Canada had been cancelled.*I made my reservation through you, arriving February ** and checking out February **, ****, and my booking was confirmed with the number:* *HTL-AE*-*********.**The email you sent on December *, **** indicated: 'At the moment and while we are able to find a solution to this difficult circumstance, we can only offer you a refund in the form of a credit voucher for the value of your original booking that you can use for a future reservation. We will be contacting you again shortly.'**According to our agreement I am able to cancel, and receive a full refund of $****.** CAD, at any time up to the day before check-in.*I called your support phone number today at *-***-***-****, and the message indicated that I should direct my correspondence to this email address.**I have been patient. You have not contacted me, as stated in your last email.**I do not accept a credit voucher in lieu of a full refund. The only satisfactory solution is a full refund of $****.** CAD to the Visa ( ending in ...****) that I used to secure the reservation.**Please contact me within the next **hrs to confirm my refund.
