Trivago doesn't have a customer phone number that is answered by an agent. Instead, GetHuman-musson will need to dig through the advice provided by Trivago, other customers and consumer advocacy websites like GetHuman. Book a Christmas week hotel in Santa Barbara CA ... Trusting that Trivago vented the booking companies that appear on the Trivago website, I made a reservation through a link to Hotel Quickly which charged the entire amount to my credit card. Just a few days before my trip they cancelled my reservation for a vague reason, then offered only vouchers instead of a refund. This resulting late date caused me to pay hundreds of dollars more for the reservation directly to the hotel as well as the loss of the original payment of $**** to Hotel Quickly. Consumers need to have confidence that Trivago is linking them to legitimate entities. To me this is a failure of both Trivago and Hotel Quickly. Consequently I feel that you should pressure Hotel Quickly to refund the cost of the cancelled reservation as well as deny them access to listing on Trivago. Thank you for your assistance. Hotel Quickly cancelled my reservation a few days prior to my vacation and refused to refund the payment.
I want Trivago to work with Hotel Quickly to refund the $**** they charged my credit card and to do a better job assuring that the companies that book through their website have a legitimate level of customer service and reliability.
