Hi I made reservations through your website then re-routed to DOtell quickly.com to make my reservations in Athens Greece and I was supposed to be able to cancel my reservation three days prior to departure which was August **, **** I just received a message that Hotelquickly.com will only give me a credit refund do you know anything about this as you are the one that rerouted my request to this provider. Your assistance would be greatly appreciated thank you
