I went through Trivago to find a hotel in Kissimmee Florida. I checked a hotel called the Seralago through hotels for everyone. I found a good rate and filled out the necessary forms then hit"reserve" button. A box opened up and said we cannot accept this booking because we need more information about you...please fill out all fields circled in red. I looked up and down their form but no red marks anywhere. I tried to do the same whole thing again and got the same response so I gave up on that place.I was looking for other hotels in the area and an e mail popped up that said, "Confirmation of your reservation at Seralago confirmed...$**** has been charged to your card". All this came back again with all letterhead from "Hotels for everyone". I didn't know what to do, so I called Hotels for everyone and spoke with them. After giving my itinerary number and confirmation codes, dates of birth and maybe a stool sample. They swore that even though all my paperwork had their insignia and a note at the bottom of my page that said the fee of $*** has been charged by Hotels for everyone, they declared that I booked everything through Expedia. At that point I was balling like a crazy person. I am a senior and have * disabilities and at the end of December my lease is up and I have to leave here. I even called Expedia whom after giving them all the info declared that I had never booked anything through them. I called back Hotels for Everyone but as I'm crying like a baby, they hung up on me. I called my banks automated line and asked for my balance. I have $*** left to my name* I certainly cannot book a storage facility or hire moving men or go to any other hotel or even a new apartment...I will be homeless with my service dog, I have no car so we will be wandering the streets in the middle of winter. I have serious seizures and panic attacks and severe vertigo. I have to use a cane because my spine is shot. There has to be something you can do...please don't let me be just another tiny person who gets lost in the shuffle that is your agency. All my disabilities are in full gear and I'm popping medications like they were tic tacs
