My name id Carl Dobes, on ********** at **:** EST I made a reservation at the Shelburne Hotel in New York City for the night of **********. My payment hit my American Express Card but after I hit the "Pay" tab I received a message from Hotelquickly that they are still waiting to hear from the hotel about the reservation. It has now been ** hours and I have heard nothing about my reservation. I called the Hotel directly and they told me they see no reservation under my name. Please help me especially if the reservation did not go through and I have to make another one.
