I believe trivago is false advertising rooms for treasure island hotel and casino in las vegas. I bought a room that stated "king or queen bedroom" but when i got to the hotel they told me this is "run of the house". I was completely unaware of that fact and i would not have purchased a *** "run of the house" room. Its seems to me that this is a trick to get rid of a left over room. I am completley unsatisfied with my first experience buying a room through trivago.**I want my money back. And i think they should refund tricking customers because again false advertisement is against the law.
This was my first time buying a rooom * staying in vegas. So even labeling the room "run of the house" is a slick way to say "whats left over" like an airline. I would not have known what that meant its not clearly defined or explained and the room i bought was advertise "king or queen bedroom" not "run of the house"
