Was trying to get it resolved..... I see * conflicting notes.... one say it's fixed and another says it's not resolved.... I never recieved an email back from anyone regarding this issue as well ... I made a reservation yesterday **** around *** p.m. for ****- ****....* hours later and after a flight of mine was canceled I had to cancel the room also.... i believe i should get a full refund but upon reading a piece of fine print I read that I was to cancel by noon on **** which is not at all possible considering I made the reservation * hours after that deadline had passed
GetHuman1038512 did not yet indicate what Trivago should do to make this right.
I'm a new customer but have used you * times in the past * months
