I have booked the room vide booking no. **********, today. While searching i have selected the family room and also provided the my family details i.e no. of adults and Children with age of children. I.e * adults and * children. Accordingly you suggested the room with cost* night. Then i booked.*After booking i received information from hotel representative that we can provide only * adults and children not considered and demanding extra cost for children why?*We have booked for total *members including * adult and * children*Pl. clarify this matter.
