Hi *I already sent you a message that I I have * reservations at the Lotte NY palace that I did Not know I had and I need to cancel ASAP. They are for * superior rooms under the name Janine Dunn Wade. Lotte informed me that they were reserved through Gulliver's Travel. The reservations are for this Friday June *th through the **th. I am staying there in a suite reserved through Prestigia.(Through Trivago) Please cancel these two reservations!!!!!
GetHuman-janinedw did not yet indicate what Trivago should do to make this right.
Yes I tried to cancel through Lotte and I also call Gulliver's Travel. I have spent hours and gotten nowhere. PLEASE Help.
