Help!!!!!!I have just found out that I have a reservation at Lotte NY Palace for * superior rooms for this Friday June *th evening that I DID NOT KNOW I HAD I never received a confirmation or notification of any kind. I would like it to be canceled. I do have a reservation for a suite at the hotel and stay at the suite. Through Trivago through Prestigia. However I need to cancel the * superior rooms that I did not know were booked in my name* Please help. Lotte tells me that Gulliver's Travel reserved them but They do not see the reservation and therefore can not cancel. Please help me take care of this. Thank you
I trust that Trivago will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
