The issue in GetHuman-olsion's own words
Me and my family got to the airport and went to collect our tickets, when we got them the hour of our flight changed from **:** to **:**. I did not recieve an email or any sort of notification that my flight has been changed. When I went back to the ticket collection point, the lady told me that the airplane I bought tickets for was full and that we have to take the later plane. I do not understand why there is no places for me and my family on the first plane when I bought the tickets in May ****. I would like to hear back from someone, to fix the mistake that the company has made.
