I bought Quantas for Bhimla Wati to depart from Auckland to Singapore for *th December ****.When she came to do the checkin she was told that her ticket was not issued.The phone contact for Tripsta was no help as she the phone kept going on message.*Ticket bokking code: F**********She had to buy another ticket in the spot at a higher price.*Can I please be refunded the amount deducted from my credit card $ ***.** .*Ticket was purchased on **********Email ticket confirmation was sent showing the deduction of $***.***But the ticket was not released according to Quantas at Auckland airport
