Reference: F**********Hi, I booked a flight for my uncle Joachim Ceynowa which had to be cancelled because he had a stroke and was hospitalised and put into rehab. Back in May we tried to contact Tripsta numerous times but did not received any responses so I was forced to contact Singapore Airlines to cancel the flight. They advised me to contact the agent Tripsta for a refund which I did but again no respond. I contacted Singapore Airlines the other day asking to re-use*re-book the flight but I was advised that Singapore Airlines have refunded the Agent Tripsta on the *******. *I am very disappointed in the service Tripsta is providing as at the time there was only the possibility of email contact and not even a phone number was provided. *I would like Tripsta to either refund or rebook the flight at the dates my uncle would like to travel. *I looking forward to have this matter resolved as soon as possible.*Kindest regards *Violetta
