Booked a flight thru Tripsta on Alaska air from Vancouver to Portland Aug *th, ****, for * adults . Per Alaska air, we are entitled to a full refund due to a schedule change on their end causing a missed connection. They advised they are not able to refund, as Tripsta needs to do that. I have sent them * emails explaining this, to Tripsta, and they send back a generic email each time advising me to call airline. I've also been calling all day and line is busy. Frustrated beyond words!
