Hello,*We need help with our business listing. For MONTHS, we have been trying to change our “Attraction Details” but we keep receiving the same email stating “changing attraction detail: Not Successful”. We are not sure why, as there is no explanation included in the email we receive. I chatted with a TripAdvisor agent about * weeks ago and he said that he will submit a support ticket with our issue, but we never heard back from that either. We tried calling the customer service number, but were not able to reach anyone.*Could you please change our “Attraction Details” on our business page?*Attraction Types should include:*Cultural Tours*Food Tours*Coffee & Tea Tours*Historical & Heritage Tours*Cooking Classes**The goal is that our business would show under “Tours” and not under “Food&Drink”. We are not a restaurant. Blue Door offers a cultural experience of Morocco. We offer guided tours to several spot in the city, and not just cooking classes. Our business has to show under “Tours”. Could you please help us with that?
