The issue in GetHuman-dsocia's own words
We booked a trip for today in Jamaica to Martha Brae Rafting. First of all, we were told our pickup time was **:**. This was even printed on our confirmation letter. Driver did not arrive until *:**. Second of all, when we got there, the park had closed because someone had drown. Wasted our entire day. We asked the driver just take us back to hotel. Asking for a full refund of $***.** (*) tickets. Was not the drivers fault. He was told to pick us up at *:**. No one from the company even bother to call and let us know our departure time had changed til *:**. We had to call them.... More importantly, the park was closed due to a death.
