We booked two rooms for **rd March under the booking references ********** & ********** at Travelodge Liverpool John Lennon Airport. My husband and I had travelled back from our holiday with my parents and when we arrived at *.am in the morning we were told that my one of our rooms were unavailable and the girl was unsure why, she said there was no other rooms available and she could put us up at another Travelodge instead, living in Bolton we decided that we may aswell get a full refund and go home other than trying to find another Travelodge in a city we didn't know. The girl took my mobile number and email address and said the money would be refunded, I have checked by bank account today and it has not been credited. **I look forward to your response.**Caroline Grindley
