My name is Jason McCauley...I stayed at Travelodge on Sat march * ****...it was a horrible experience ...there was a huge iron burn on the rug as soon as I walked in my room as well as baby cockroaches in the sink and in the bathtub. There was also an awful musty smell in the room almost like mold. On top of the horrible night I had with my * year old daughter they over charged me for the room...they charged me $***.** for the * night. I tried calling to get my money reimbursed and caught nothing but attitude and they blamed the over charging on booking.com...i contacted booking.com and they said they never charge the individuals card the hotel does...I tried calling back and was put on hold for over ** minutes and was told there was no manager there to speak to. I tried calling back today Tuesday march ** ****...they put me on hold again for another ** minutes...I just hung up. In order to fix the problem I would like all of the money reimbursed and put back on my card.
