This morning before check out there was nobody in sight by *am so I never got my breakfast travel Lodge in Texarkana Arkansas offers. Didn't see anybody till almost *am. Then I was rushed out of my room ** minutes before check out (** noon)*I made another reservation and there's no operating phone in the room, the a*c isn't working, the remote wasn't working either. I took remote to front desk and asked if I could pick it up when I return? The guy said "sure". I returned * hrs or so later to find that nobody is at the front desk yet again so me and several others (separate from me) wait for a good **-**min give or take before two lady's show up seeming like they went to lunch and had a few drinks before returning. I asked one of them if I could get the remote to the room and she replied "in just a min" with a smart tone and I've already been waiting ** min. My pizza had time to get cold! *Anyways I tried calling corporate and my service thru the WiFi here is not good so I wasn't able to resolve anything as of yet.*I would like it resolved by receiving my remote and I'm gonna be in town for a bit so I need Saturday and Sunday free cause I don't wanna have to go through this again.
GetHuman-bluetx did not yet indicate what Travelodge should do to make this right.
