I emailed yesterday, I had a room booked for **th November for * nights however cancelled this. It appears I've been charged as it was shown as a no show. I did call the bookings line however after he put me on hold to customer support for a couple minutes the line went dead. The gentleman I spoke to could only find my booking for * night, so unsure what is going on.**As I cancelled my room I wish for a refund please.**Kind Regards**Carl
