Hello! I have booked one night stay in London for the ** October but when I arrived to hotel receptionist said I booked my room for ** December instead! Would i be able to get my money back please! I was visiting my sick ** years old uncle in muswell Hill ! All hotels have been booked it was getting dark,I ended up in dreadful hotel in muswell Hill! No sleep ,noise all night ! This all expirance left me really Upset ** Regards M Wilkie
