When I first walked into the place
The whole place looked very filthy. I ask if I can cancel right there and he said you still getting charged a nite. Not a cancellation fee but a whole nite. I asked to see the room first before signing he said NO you have to sign and I see that your just not going to be happy no matter what. I looked at him and told him to tone it down but not that I won’t be happy but that the place looked like a ***** house! Crazy looking people standing around. Looked like a truck stop for there was a huge truck off wheels sitting right in the middle of there parking lot. I went to room with my * year old and The smell was not cute, the beds stained, the shower dirty and stained, shower curtains with mold, toilet with ****, lamp shade broken, rugs stained, NO refrigerator as they flame so now I have to go out there and get ice to keep my sons milk cold cause all of a sudden the phone don’t wrk and I have to walk up to the front and deal with crazy but my baby with me. I go ask for that and tell RICK my sheets stain and he like on I’ll send housekeeping there. Turns around and walk away. RUDE as ****!! I go back and some lady looking like she about to pass out and very fidgety brings a sheet and says I’ll change and go and I said no I need everything change! She done snap at me and said why I ain’t tell her that. So I snap back and said first of all I just said all of them needs changing. She caught herself and said she’ll just go get her supervisors. I said better yet. * of them came in with major attitude and looked at me like I done lost my mind. I told them how I felt about that hotel and they left. There’s a lot more to this that’s insane but way to much for me to text being I’m a mother of *. So moving fast forward. I couldn’t use anything nor even shower my son that first thing in am I checked the **** out as fast as I could. The got stuck in parking lot for about an hour until one of the cars on either side of us that mind you we’re very close and no room to wiggle between them and that truck that was up on wheels behind me as well. Oh believe me when I said I called all hotels as far as Kissimmee and all were sold out so I traveled so we had no choice but to stay there being I don’t know Orlando. It was a nite mare from **** and never would I ever book aTraveldoge and I’ll be sure to let others not too.
