The issue in GetHuman-pwhitty's own words
I just went to try to amend my booking reference ********** which was originally for * nights check in ******* and check out ******* and reduce by * night to check out *******. I originally paid *** pounds on my credit card on *******.*A box then came up saying the cost would now be reduced to *** pounds so i clicked confirm to amend the booking.*I have now telephoned your company as i have not received any refund of the difference and have been told that i was on a saver rate there would be no refund. This was not shown on the box when i confirmed the amendment , only the reduced amount so this was not clear.*If no refund on the third night is to be made can you please add the third night back on as the original booking now checking out on **th as initially booked.*Can you please email me a confirmation of this back to my original booking asap.
