We booked in at Travelodge Wadebridge **.**.**, were my partner was told she could not put her milk in the fridge. This was after moving from Bodmin Roche after * days with the goats milk in the fridge. She can not take the chance of having any other milk so we where giving the choose of no drink or leaving and having the money back, we left but they could not refund as I had paid by PayPal. I have a reference number* ****** ******* The money had to be done by customer services.**Please all I want is a refund I was told we could have if we contacted customer services?
We all ready left milk at Bodmin Roche for * days now we are told no milk in the fridge at Wadebridge.
I want a refund on my PayPal account, this I was told we would get if I contacted customer services.
We go away about ten times a year and stay in Travelodge Hotels, this is beginning to be a problem now with poor services at Amesbury and now no refund at Wadebridge. Please sort it out
