I have been sent this e mail reply after I asked why I had already been charged on my credit card for a flexible stay on the **st December**I have just phoned customer services to ask again as I would like my credit card to be credited until my stay if the following to be the case and I have been told completely different answer that in fact American Express was the only card that was not charged on booking. *Please can you confirm who is correct and if the e mail below*is correct how I can get my booking recredited on my card before my stay.*Kind regards*Jacalyn*Case Reference Number: *****-******* * ref:***D*NibZj.*****N*Y*TiX*Dear Mrs Jacalyn Eyres**Thank you for your email.**I can confirm that if you've made a booking with a credit card, master card or international card you will be required to pay for the booking upon arrival.**However, if you paid with a debit card or american express card the booking will have been pre-paid.**I hope this information has been beneficial.* **Kind regards,**James Smith**Customer Services
