On *th September I phoned using the office phone at Ashbourne Travelodge to amend a booking I had for Grantham Travelodge for *th September, moving it to **nd October. During the call I was told to use the existing booking reference as no other confirmation would be sent to me. Now when I look at my account nothing is showing my amended booking. The reason for this is I need to amend it again. What has happened? Please confirm that my amended booking exists as I spoke with a member of your central reserervation team who confirmed it had been completed.
