I have emailed twice already with no response. I want my money back from staying in your hotel. Its cost me ** with a dog to stay in a dirty room ie blood on sheets filthy bathroom and no coffee tea etc. The noise outside hotel was horrendous s so horrendous in fact i had to leave the hotel at early hours in the morning. I tried to complain there and then but there was noone to be seen. I want a full refund. The booking date was ********* in the travelodge. Harrogate the ginnel and my name is rosamund hawkey. I have sent a few email and would like a response now or i will take things further
GetHuman-porkle_p did not yet indicate what Travelodge (UK) should do to make this right.
