For the **rd June I booked a family room and a double room Flexie rate. I had to use a different card as I forgot the password, I therefore put in my NatWest card and could not check the details by scrolling up. To my shock the email said it had been booked but NOT flexible as I really need this as my daughter is in a hospital and we may get charity accommodation as we live in Devon but have to come to the hospital in Manchester. Her friends are coming to see her from Devon. Please can you change it back to flexie and also could I cancel one room if needed next Saturday if the charity gives us one room?
