I bought a ticket from San Angelo, TX to Tulsa, OK (April *-**). It was the wrong day. I got refunded, all good. THEN ... I bought a ticket again with the right dates (*-**) ... you have TAKEN the money from my account but I have NO RECORD or RECEIPT from you. I cannot get a hold of anyone!! I am going to see my Mom who is dying ... first time I've used Travelocity. I am very concerned and frustrated.

GetHuman-sprinks did not yet indicate what Travelocity should do to make this right.
