I tried to extend my hotel stay via the Travelocity website. I was directed to a page telling me I needed to cancel and then book again. I couldn't amend my current booking. So That's what I did. Unfortunately all that did was cancel my booking without a refund! The virtual chat was no help and appears to be a robot. I have been on hold for an hour and ** minutes waiting to speak to someone about this issue. All I wanted to do was extend my stay by a day and instead lost my room and my money. The customer support page on their website was no help. It just tells me to call.
GetHuman-frenchye did not yet indicate what Travelocity should do to make this right.
