I originally booked a room in the Durango CO Hampton Inn for the **rd and **th of Sept. Girlfriend didn't want to go until the **th. I called the hotel and tried to cancel the **rd, but the **th was canceled. When I arrived, I had to freshly book a room for *$***. They said I was a no show for the **rd and the billing was sent in. When I looked at my credit card, I found that you had billed me for both days, and I was also billed for the **th. I understand that I should have done the rescheduling online rather than with a phone call to the Hampton. I understand paying for the night that we didn't show up. There was an obvious miscommunication. However, I feel that I should be refunded for the additional payment at the hotel on the **th, since you billed me for both nights. Is this clear?**I NEED A REFUND FROM TRAVELOCITY FOR ONE NIGHT. I WILL FORFEIT THE MISSED NIGHT DUE TO MIS COMMUNICATION.
