Hello, I am inquiring about a vacation package for 3 adults. Adult 1 will depart from JFK to either Madrid or Barcelona on April 2, [redacted]. Two adults will be departing from Atlanta to either of those cities on April 4, [redacted]. We are flexible with the departure and arrival cities but would like to ensure we end up in different cities. For instance, departing from Madrid and returning from Barcelona or vice versa. It is essential that all 3 of us are together in Madrid and Barcelona, requiring flights, accommodations, and airport transportation. URGENT: I urgently need to get in touch regarding my travel itineraries from August 8, [redacted], requested from a server through [redacted] Despite providing my reference numbers and confirmation of payment via American Express, the itineraries never arrived in my inbox. When contacting the staff, they were unable to locate me in the system and suggested I dispute the charges with American Express. Since the flight details were not registered in Travelocity, they were unable to cancel them. To Whom It May Concern, Good evening! I am writing regarding Sebastian Armstrong's reservation at Crest Resort & Pool Villas for October 26th - October 28th. I understand that a refund is not an option, but is it possible to place his booking on a temporary hold with the hotel? I personally had my reservation extended until November 30th by the hotel when I informed them of my situation. I tried contacting the hotel on Sebastian's behalf, but as he booked through Travelocity, they advised me to reach out to you. The hotel does allow cancellations with a fee. Being in the military, our trip was rescheduled due to operational commitments. I would hate to see a service member lose money due to unforeseen circumstances. Dear Customer Service, I am writing to share my disappointment with my recent stay at the hotel on August 3-4, [redacted]. My confirmation numbers are [redacted][redacted] and [redacted][redacted]. I am seeking a refund of $[redacted].18 for the first night and $[redacted].89 for the second night, as the experience was far below expectations. The staff's behavior was unprofessional and unacceptable. From unsanitary conditions in the bathroom to implied theft by the hospitality staff, my stay was marred by numerous issues. I want to share that my family and I were unable to board the cruise because two out of three of us forgot our birth certificates. Even though we were able to retrieve them from our home, it was too late as we were unaware of the boarding cutoff time. We arrived late on Friday and had trouble finding the cruise parking lot in Galveston. We were disappointed as we hadn't been on a cruise in over 20 years. We didn't receive any reminders or checklists from Travelocity or Royal Caribbean, despite purchasing travel insurance. Our insurance claim was denied as it didn't meet the policy criteria. Although Royal Caribbean refunded some charges, we are requesting Travelocity to consider a credit for a future cruise. As a hardworking family who saved carefully for this vacation, the situation was disheartening. We faced challenges at the cruise terminal, leaving us feeling let down. Dear Sirs, I received information from Iberia airlines regarding the potential impact of the General Strike in France on December 5 and the Air Traffic Control strike on December 6 and 7 on my upcoming flight (V4MLY7/NWVQW). They have provided the option to either refund our tickets or reschedule the flight to between November 29 and December 15. After contacting their Venice offices, I was informed that our Venice to Madrid to Mexico City flight should not be affected. My husband and I have tickets under the reservation number V4MLY7/NWVQW for a trip starting on December 6, with an urgent need to reach Mexico City by December 7 for work. Could you please review our reservation to confirm if our flight will be impacted by the strike? This will help us decide whether to change the date or route of our journey. Yesterday, I booked a flight for 2/3/20 from JFK to Reno on JetBlue and a return flight on 2/10/20 on American Airlines with a layover in PHX. However, I encountered an issue finalizing the transaction after entering my credit card information. I started the booking process over, re-entering my credit card details. Upon checking my card, no charges appeared for this travel, leaving me uncertain if the flights were booked once or twice. I'm Marcia M., and earlier today, I attempted to buy 3 airline tickets to Toronto, Ontario for December 20, [redacted] using West Jet Airline for departure and American Airline for the return journey on January 6, [redacted] via your website. Sadly, my payment was not going through, so I abandoned the booking. Upon contacting my bank, I found out there was a hold placed for the tickets. I kindly request the release of this hold so I can try to purchase the tickets again. Each ticket supposedly costs over US$[redacted], contrary to the US$[redacted] per ticket I thought I was paying, culminating in a total of US$1,[redacted]. I booked a car through Hertz, but upon receiving the reservation minutes later, I noticed it was not at FLL airport as intended, but in town. I promptly contacted Travelocity to cancel the reservation. Unfortunately, despite promises of assistance from the closed Hertz office, I received an email this morning stating that there would be no refund for the canceled reservation. I booked a room at the Holiday Inn Washington Capitol through Travelocity for December 15th to December 21st. The confirmation number is [redacted] with a PIN of [redacted]. When I reviewed the confirmation, I found that the dates were changed to December 28th to December 28th. This change is unacceptable as my wife and I have planned this trip for weeks. The hotel informed me that I need to contact Travelocity to correct the error. Please assist in fixing this as soon as possible since the reservation is non-refundable.

Last night, I called to cancel my flights due to Hawaiian Airlines changing our itinerary, causing us to miss our flight to Auckland. I spoke with Chendana, who processed a refund totaling $[redacted].50, including the Travel Guard policy. Despite her assurance of an email confirmation and the refund reflecting on my Travelocity account, I only received a refund confirmation for $[redacted].00. Unfortunately, there is no sign of the cancellation or refund on my Travelocity account. I have attempted to contact Travelocity through their website and email, but have been unsuccessful. Calling last night did not yield positive results either. Please assist in resolving this matter.

I am deeply disappointed with Travelocity. My son booked a flight to return home for the holidays after moving to California following his graduation from MSU in May. However, due to unfortunate circumstances and depression, he needed to cancel his flight. Despite purchasing insurance, it is disheartening to find out the limitations of the coverage, particularly in cases related to mental health. Unfortunately, the insurance does not cover his situation, leaving him with a credit he cannot use and out of pocket for the flight cost. This experience has led me to reconsider using Travelocity in the future. It is upsetting to realize the true extent of the insurance coverage, as it is not as comprehensive as initially advertised. Moving forward, we will explore other options for our travel needs.

I've been attempting to modify my rental car all day without success. Despite contacting customer service twice, I faced language barriers and could not reach Enterprise in Casper to make the changes. As a result, I had to make alternative arrangements to secure a vehicle at my destination. I am disappointed with this experience and would appreciate a credit back to my card as I have prepaid for both a motel and a rental car.

Hello Travelocity, I'm concerned about the four pending payment transactions on my credit card related to my booking for a flight from Kuala Lumpur to Singapore via Air Asia on March 11, [redacted]. Each deduction of $14.45 on top of the actual airfare seems like an overcharge to me. Could you please clarify why this occurred? The phone and fax numbers listed for the hotel on your site were unavailable. Thus, I attempted to send a fax regarding the cancelation of a reservation for two rooms from May 8, [redacted], to May 13, [redacted]. Despite canceling the flight reservation successfully, we faced issues with the hotel reservation. Travelocity was contacted but advised us to request a waiver from the hotel directly and inform the credit card company. Please provide us with a waiver for the cancelation via mail. Thank you. I am distressed about the unauthorized debit of $2,[redacted].03 by Travelocity overnight. Yesterday, I attempted to book a trip to New Orleans, which was unsuccessful despite having both a bank representative and a Travelocity agent on the phone to assist. The Travelocity representative assured me that no funds were deducted, but my bank identified pending charges totaling $1,[redacted].01 and two pending deductions of $[redacted].01 and $19.99 for booking fees. Although Travelocity initially stated no money would be taken due to the failed booking, money has now been removed from my account. This situation has caused undue stress as this trip was meant to be a small getaway before my upcoming wedding. I am urgently seeking the refund of my funds back into my account.
