Lenore Consiglio*** Clearview Avenue*Meriden, CT ******F*****@***.com****-***-*****October **, ******Travelocity**I am sending this correspondence to file a claim for my recent cancelled flights from Barcelona to Philadelphia and Philadelphia to Hartford for October **, ****.*The confirmation codes for these flights are American Airlines : RQQQVO and British Airlines P*WFK*. These flights were booked on May **** through Travelocity Itinerary number *************.**I did purchase the Travel Protection for dates **-*-** though **-**-**.**Events: Barcelona flight was cancelled on **-**-** for myself and my niece Francesca Consiglio **.*I had to make alternate plans to return home on the **th due to my not having enough medication to stay an longer and scheduled pet sitter services for my dog and insulin dependent cat ending on **-**-** in the pm. **.*Alternate arrangements were made through my sister in law, due to no phone service and my and her inability to contact anyone at American Airlines for alternate plans and flights.**.*The additional expenses incurred by me due to this cancellation are: Train transport from Barcelona to Madrid Atocha for me and my niece in the amount of $***.*The purchase of * flight tickets through Norwegian Air from Madrid to JFK* (Flight ****) on **-**-** are $****.** and Care rental from Hertz JFK to home in the amount of $*.****The total additional cost is $****.**, not including the original cost of the initial flights.**Please let me know what recourse and reimbursement I can expect. *Thank you in advance, Lenore Consiglio
