I have cancelled both flights within the hour of booking them, one shows as cancelled and the other is still showing as active and charging a penalty? Within the hour?? I have been on hold for two hours this morning, no one to talk to and now again in the evening ** minutes and no person answers??? I tried even to pay for insurance ** dollars to cancel and it won't take my payment??? I am beginning to think this is done on purpose to take my money!
