Spirit airlines terminal * gate **A flight *** on ********** with a *:** am departure in Los Angeles (LAX). One of the people working at the counter literally shooed us away (waved his hands at us like we were a nuisance) from the line we were allowed to be in due to our boarding zone* which was zone *. His excuse was that people needed to board priority. I'm aware there are elderly and babies on first, but to shoo us away is unacceptable. He simply could have asked nicely for us to step aside so others could board who need more time. Instead, he shooed us and said "other priority people board first. We haven't called you to board yet". I have flown hundreds of times and people have ALWAYS lined up in their assigned zones early before boarding has been called and it's NEVER been an issue. They were also over ** minutes late for boarding. The guy was more concerned with what was on his personal phone then anything else. Extremely disrespectful and acted like a complete jackass. Finally found out his name is Kevin. Hispanic. A picture is attached for verification of his identity. Jessica, who was also working the counter at the gate, was also rude and acted in a prissy manner. She's not a princess. She's in the customer service world and needs to act like it. If these individuals dislike their jobs so much then maybe they shouldn't have their jobs anymore. *Once on the plane, the row behind us was rude and seemed to be drumming on the tables the entire flight. They did have a baby but the baby was asleep most of the flight, so it was not the baby being a nuisance. It was the adults. When a flight attendant was called and asked to resolve the situation with the adults, nothing was done. She basically said well there's nothing she could do. The people in the row behind us became irritated and continued to make more of a disturbance the rest of the flight. Awful flight. Awful service from various crew members. Some of the crew members were fantastic but most were unhelpful or rude. I've never experienced such a bad flight before in my life. And I've flown a lot. *Confirmation number of the flight is M*Y*WI. I do not want to be offered a free flight or miles. I would like to request a refund for this flight and all charges related to it including bags and seats.
