Help with my Travelocity issue
The issue in GetHuman-pedsent's own words
We planned to stay * nights ... My confirmation number is: ***************We checked into Prince’s Gate Hotel on June *, the hotel rooms (both) were filthy, dirty, had cobwebs (have photos if needed). We asked to change rooms, other rooms available were similar. We had to check out as they had no sanitary place to stay....
The room was moldy, carpet was dirty, wall had cobwebs. Our children’s allergies went haywire.
I want both nights refunded.
We tried to switch rooms, but what was available was in similar condition.
Not yet, but will contact Amex if not resolved
I have an issue with Travelocity too
How GetHuman-pedsent fixed the problem
We are waiting for GetHuman-pedsent to fix the problem and share the solution with the rest of us customers.
