This situation is incredibly frustrating. I have already deactivated my account with TrapCall, but I am still experiencing issues with my voicemail not working properly due to their service. It's frustrating not receiving important messages or being able to handle emergencies. TrapCall seems to be holding my voicemail hostage in an attempt to make me continue using their disabled service, which I have no interest in. I refuse to be coerced into paying for a service I don't want. I feel like TrapCall is behaving like a scam by holding my personal information hostage. I need TrapCall to release my voicemail and stop bothering me. It's incredibly frustrating dealing with these kinds of tactics.

I am frustrated as my deactivated TrapCall account continues to hinder my voicemail service, preventing me from receiving crucial messages. This situation is unreasonably aggravating and it feels like I am being coerced into using a service I cannot access and do not want. TrapCall's actions are unacceptable and I refuse to be manipulated into paying for a disabled service. I demand that my voicemail be released, or I will be compelled to take additional steps to resolve this issue. This experience with TrapCall has been distressing, and I have had enough of their misleading practices that seem to exploit people by withholding personal information.

I misplaced my card a few months ago, got a replacement, yet was still charged. I altered my phone number a month back due to persistent Robo and harassing calls. I am puzzled as to how TrapCall obtained my new credit card information without my consent. Despite not using TrapCall for over a month and having removed the app, I am still being billed $5.95, causing an overdraft in my account. Changing my phone number with my provider has stopped all unwanted calls, a relief for me. I would appreciate a call or an email for reimbursement as the billing has caused multiple overdrafts, creating unnecessary financial stress. Dealing with personal health issues and a recent move have made money extremely tight. I received an obscene call at 1:21 AM today despite having TrapCall on my phone, and I'm frustrated and upset. This has been happening for over four years, and I've spent over two hours researching how to stop it. I tried People Finders for reverse calling, but it only showed TrapCall Practice with the number [redacted]. Could this be someone from TrapCall calling me? I need to speak to a live person about this. I've involved the police, a detective, and Verizon, and I have RoboKiller and Mr. Number on my phone. The last TrapCall representative I spoke to directed me to a site with a $1 trial, but I can't keep joining services. Can you assist me with this issue?

I need TrapCall to contact me urgently at [redacted] regarding an unauthorized charge of $71.00 on 9/9/20. I expressly instructed them not to automatically charge my credit card without my prior authorization, which they have ignored twice now. Despite informing them on Nov 25th not to charge me without notice, they did so again. I am upset because this charge caused me to exceed my credit limit. Furthermore, I have not been able to use TrapCall services since Nov 25th when the representative could not make it work on my phone. My TrapCall account is linked to the phone number [redacted]. I insist that TrapCall's billing department or a manager reach out to me at [redacted] promptly before I involve my attorney.

I use the TrapCall Service and need my legitimate callers to be able to hear my voicemail message when I am unavailable. Currently, when someone with an ID calls me, my phone just rings continuously. I attempted to contact customer service via chat yesterday regarding this issue but have not received a response. Today, I sent another chat message but also tried to find a phone number for support, which I couldn't locate. I don't want to cancel the service if there is a solution available, as I am a Realtor and need missed calls to go to my voicemail.

I'm having trouble setting up TrapCall. The next step is to activate it in my phone settings under "call blocking and identification," but TrapCall isn't showing up there as it should. I really need immediate assistance, especially for a subscription service. I urgently need help dealing with a no caller ID that's been harassing me.

When my girlfriend calls me from her phone, Trap Call mistakenly identifies her estranged husband as the owner of the number. They are currently going through a divorce. We visited T-Mobile, her carrier, and they verified that she is the rightful account holder and he is not listed. As far as she knows, there are no shared programs or bills that could be causing this mix-up. It's puzzling how his name keeps appearing as the caller. Could this be related to Facebook or some sort of cloning application he might be using? Any insights into how this mix-up could be occurring would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

On September 26, [redacted], I downloaded the TrapCall app from Epic Enterprises. The premium package was added on September 27 but I wasn't satisfied with it. I received a refund on October 9, [redacted], and the subscription was canceled. However, on December 2, I discovered that my voicemail wasn't working properly. After investigating, I found out that the TrapCall app was still interfering with my voicemail. I attempted the seven-day trial to access the app again. Now that the subscription has been terminated, I am requesting a refund of $94.

My phone number linked with TrapCall is [redacted], and my carrier is AT&T. Each AT&T cell phone has a pilot number, and mine is [redacted]. When calling the AT&T pilot number from any other phone, it directs to the AT&T voicemail. Despite setting up TrapCall to send unanswered calls directly to my voicemail, they are still going to the AT&T pilot number recording. This issue impacts customers with my AT&T pilot number and potentially all TrapCall users in the USA and Canada. I am a paying customer and need TrapCall to resolve this problem promptly. Particularly during busy times in California, not having calls forwarded correctly is frustrating for both me and callers trying to reach me when I am unavailable.

I am having trouble setting up Trap Call on my iPhone 13 Pro Max with iOS 15. The setup process keeps failing, possibly due to a software incompatibility. Despite enabling the phone access slider in the settings, the unknown caller remains unidentified upon calling back. I suspect Anonymous is targeting my phone, and I need to uncover their number to report to the authorities. Thank you for your assistance.

Hello, my name is Nicole. I have been noticing duplicate charges on my card ending in [redacted]. I have been charged $95.40 and $9.95 per month when I should only be charged monthly, not yearly. I would like a refund for the overcharged amount. In the past, there was a customer service number I could call to speak with a live person, but now I seem unable to find it. If necessary, I will submit a complaint regarding this issue. I believe I am owed around three times the $95.40 I have been charged. I am confused as to why I am being billed this amount when I selected monthly. Additionally, it appears I have to re-register my account every other month, which seems unnecessary and could be contributing to the overcharging. I appreciate your assistance with resolving this matter.

I am disappointed with the lack of customer service at TrapCall. There is no Live Chat option available. My issue is with the functionality of TrapCall on my iOS device. After declining a call, instead of the call coming back through unmasked as it should, it goes straight to voicemail. This is not how the service is supposed to work, and I am paying for a service that is not functioning correctly. Previously, TrapCall worked correctly, allowing me to decline a call and have it return unmasked. However, now the call does not come back through after setup, and live callers are sent directly to voicemail. This defeats the purpose of TrapCall, which is to identify callers in real time and speak to them immediately. I have disabled VPN during setup, and even though the practice call goes through, the actual declined calls still go to voicemail instead of returning unmasked. I am very frustrated by this issue.

Dear Support Team, I recently disabled the app, canceled my subscription, and removed it from my phone. Despite these actions, TrapCall is still linked to my voicemail, causing disruptions by ringing through two different carriers. I am requesting the deletion of my free trial activation from your systems. This issue has not occurred with any other app I have used, and I am quite worried. I have attempted the deactivate call back instructions on your website, but it fails every time, stating that it takes 45 seconds. Unfortunately, nothing changes. I have even experienced difficulties with updates on my phone and lost crucial settings and data. I would greatly appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter promptly. Thank you, Lyndsey

I have repeatedly asked them to cancel my subscription, yet they continue to try to charge my card. I have changed my phone number, which is the contact they used to block, and now each time they attempt to charge my card with insufficient funds, I am hit with additional charges. If this happens again, I will have to escalate this matter to my lawyer and potentially pursue legal action against their company.

I am having difficulty staying connected to a customer service representative through this call app. I have cancelled my subscription due to issues receiving calls from my brother in prison. I uninstalled the app two days ago. Will I receive a notification today about a declined payment? My account is locked, so the payment should not go through. I would like to request a cancellation and refund for my annual subscription. I did not intentionally subscribe to this service. I initially intended to try the TrapCall service on a one-week trial basis. However, upon activating it on my phone, I did not receive any email or confirmation indicating that the trial had started. This lack of communication left me unsure about the status of my trial and unaware of any associated costs or dates. To my surprise, I was recently charged for a full year's subscription, which I had not anticipated. I find it concerning that I was enrolled without my knowledge and without any clarity on the terms. I have been using TrapCall services on my phone, and it charges my bank account every month. However, every time I open the app, it prompts me to sign up and pay again. I cannot get past this screen, which is frustrating because I am already paying for the service. This situation is driving me crazy. I attempted to delete and reinstall the app on my iPhone, but I encountered the same problem. It keeps treating me like a new customer who needs to sign up again. Please help me with this issue, or I will have to cancel my subscription if it cannot be resolved.

I already spoke to someone from your agency and let them know that it was okay. Then I had to pay around $1 for accidentally subscribing to your service. Right after I paid that $1, I spoke to a lady who reassured me that anything related to me has been canceled on your end. Therefore, I should not have received any charges. However, you guys just took my money. I don't use your services and I want my money back now.

I am looking to cancel my subscription. Unfortunately, I no longer have the phone associated with my account. I am currently using a Motorola phone that does not support the TrapCall app. I recently noticed a $10 charge on my account that I would like to have refunded since I have not used the service in the last month. I am having trouble remembering the old telephone number linked to my account, so I am unsure how you can locate my information to cancel the subscription.
