Terence Collard P********Lodgement No.********** *Paid to Transfer wise from ANZ Australia $****, on ** May ****.**I am trying unsuccessfully to transfer this money already paid into you account:BSB: *******Account Number: ********* on the above date. I looks like you have revamped your process for sending money between countries recently as it has changed since I made * identical transfers except for the dollar amount in the last few weeks. With this transfer I was directed to pay the AU dollars (Detail above) into your account before being asked for the target bank details. Which I have supplied (ASB NZ). It appears I am being asked again to deposit a second payment into your account of $****. Whats happening and where is my AU $**** disappeared to? Your immediate response would be much appreciated. Thank you.
