I recently disputed an item on my Equifax credit report that was removed because they could not verify the debt was mine. I logged onto TransUnion to check my credit score and the items still appearing on my report. I'm having trouble starting the dispute process for the item due to issues accessing the TransUnion site. Do I need to file a separate dispute for this item, even though it's already been removed from one credit report, or will it automatically be removed from the others? If a separate dispute is necessary, how can I initiate it if I am unable to access the website?

I recently contacted Experian regarding my credit score which I believe should be [redacted]. Despite making timely payments and taking care of a substantial amount of debt, my credit score has been negatively impacted. I have faced challenges with the scoring process and encountered discriminatory behavior from individuals at the company. There have been issues with credit diversity, the removal of incorrect liens, and disputes with a hospital over billing and injuries. I have also expressed concerns about the handling of my personal information by certain individuals. I am frustrated with the current state of my credit score and the difficulties I have faced in rectifying these issues within various institutions.

I'm having trouble obtaining an updated credit report from TransUnion. I recently called and was given file number [redacted]44 after a misunderstanding with a representative who wasn't able to assist me properly. I need to access my credit score for an apartment application, as it didn't show up when the landlord ran a check on me. Despite having paid for a credit check that came back blank, Karma Credit informed me via email that my TransUnion score is [redacted]. The current hurdle is that the score won't reflect on paper for the apartment owner. They are requesting further documentation, such as an ID and a utility bill, which I find confusing given the circumstances. Your assistance in rectifying this issue with TransUnion would greatly help me secure the apartment. Thank you for your attention to this matter, and I look forward to receiving an email response.

I recently noticed that my Transunion FICO score dropped by over 50 points to [redacted], while my Equifax and Experian scores both increased to the low 700s in June. My financial behavior has been consistently improving over the past six months with timely payments and low debt. When I contacted customer service, I was informed that I was speaking to representatives in Bangladesh. Despite explaining my query about the discrepancy in my credit scores, the representative couldn't provide a satisfactory explanation. After requesting to speak to a supervisor, I was met with similar unhelpful responses and was asked to pay $9 for more information on why my score dropped. I find this process unfair and unacceptable. I believe there may be an error in Transunion's system that needs to be addressed. I intend to escalate this issue by filing a complaint with the CFPB and my state AG office to seek clarification and resolution.

I am currently seeking to dispute late or missed charges. I mailed certified letters to TransUnion, Fingerhut, Equifax, and Experian on May 30th regarding payments I made in January 16, [redacted] and January [redacted]. On January 16, [redacted], I had mailed payments without stamps while rushing back to Denver. Unfortunately, the letters never reached their destination, and I later discovered that the mailman was involved in a theft incident. Recently in January this year, I faced personal challenges with a broken leg and my husband breaking his hip, which left me unable to contact the creditors due to a forgotten phone.

I recently discovered that a membership was fraudulently added without my knowledge by a merchant. Despite attempts to resolve this directly at the New York Sports Club, the charges persist. My bank's assistance has been lacking, and now an additional unauthorized charge of $[redacted] has surfaced, totaling over $[redacted] for just one day's visit. This has led me to feel deceived and mistreated as a consumer. I am considering reporting this to the Better Business Bureau and the attorney general. Is there a formal procedure on your website to file a complaint against this merchant directly?

I recently discovered a hard inquiry on my Transunion Credit report from Elan Financial on May 15, [redacted]. After reporting it, Elan Financial confirmed it as fraudulent on May 20, [redacted], and notified the agencies to remove it. However, three months later, the inquiry is still affecting my credit score by 8 points. I urge for a prompt resolution to this matter. Thank you. Sincerely, S.S.

I previously tried contacting you without certainty of delivery. During my hospital stay for pneumonia, my account was compromised, leading to unauthorized loans. I never received any communications from your end. I urgently request cancellation of the undesired subscription and a refund for the monthly deductions taken without my consent. Being a disabled senior on a fixed income, I rely on the return of these funds. For communication purposes, you may reach me at [redacted] or email me at [redacted] Thank you, June Coultas.

I make car payments through Security National Automotive Acceptance Agency (SNAAC), but they have switched to Westlake Portfolio Management. On my Credit Karma account, it shows SNAAC as closed, making it seem like I closed it myself rather than it being switched to Westlake Portfolio. This mistake has caused my credit score to drop from [redacted] to [redacted], and I need to rectify this as soon as possible. I want to ensure that Transunion and Equifax are aware of this issue so that my credit score can be restored to its original number.

Credit Karma shows "account info disputed by me" on my BB&T credit card account. A few months ago, my credit report displayed a zero balance with BB&T, which I successfully corrected with the bank. I have reached out to various parties to rectify this issue. I want to clarify that this problem was caused by Equifax, rectified by my bank, and is unrelated to me. I am seeking to have this remark removed from my credit report. It is important to note that this issue only appears on my TransUnion report and not on my Experian report.

Hello, I have noticed four errors on my report. The accounts mentioned show a balance of 0.00. They include TD Bank, First National Bank Home Equity Loan, Huntington Bank (my husband's account), and Dollar Bank (zero balance). Currently, I have two credit cards with balances: PNC at 8,[redacted].00 and Discover Card at 4,[redacted].00, totaling 12,[redacted]. My name is Karen Walker, residing at [redacted] Ellwood Rd, New Castle, Pa, [redacted]. I prefer not to call the [redacted] number due to language barriers with representatives. Please review the inaccuracies. Thank you for your attention. Karen Walker

I am currently the co-signer on a loan from LendKey for a student, Greg P., who lacked family support and needed assistance to attend college. Subsequently, Greg pursued his education and relocated to Scotland to complete his degree requirements. He applied for address changes and hardship adjustments, but there was a delay in processing his application which led to missed payments. However, these issues were resolved, and Greg has since caught up on his payments. I would like this situation to be considered when reviewing my credit report, as I am the co-signer and not directly liable for the payments. My credit history demonstrates a record of timely payments and financial responsibility. I recently applied for an Apple Credit Card but was denied based on the information in your credit report. The loan in question is with LendKey under the name of Greg W. P. Jr., and the loan number is l-[redacted]. I am willing to provide copies of his payment history if necessary.

I am seeking clarification for a clearance and warehouse fees upon acceptance of any offer. The operation agreement with a third party in a foreign jurisdiction requires honoring the allegiance. This pertains to municipalities operating under Admiralty/Maritime laws. All debts indicate acceptance in a private capacity to acquire services. UCC rules apply with acknowledgments made under penalties of perjury. I act as the personal representative for Randolph J McMasters LLC, registered in Charlevoix District, Michigan. As the estate's legal agent, I await further instructions for the clearinghouse of damages. All rights are reserved without prejudice under the title of Randolph McMasters as a special agent and beneficiary. Thank you.

My name is Wencong Z. I have been charged $27.17 monthly by TransUnion, a credit bureau, with reference number #[redacted] without any explanation. According to CitiBank, since September [redacted], TransUnion has been making unauthorized withdrawals from my account. I have not received any communication from TransUnion regarding this matter via email or mail, nor have I shared my account details with them. It seems TransUnion is accessing accounts without authorization to collect payments. I have reported this to the FTC and asked CitiBank to prevent TransUnion from debiting my account. I am also seeking a refund from TransUnion. This behavior is unacceptable from a credit bureau. It's challenging to know who to trust in such situations.

I am disputing a mark on my credit report due to issues with my Wells Fargo credit card cancellation and a past incident with a store in San Rafael, California. Despite paying bills in full and managing automatic debits, there were miscommunications leading to negative impacts on my credit score. I have addressed the Wells Fargo debt and reached out to the store in California before, but the issues were not resolved properly. I am writing to inform you of these situations that have unfavorably affected my credit rating, which I believe should be in the 800s. Your attention to this matter is greatly appreciated. Thank you. I received an alert from my CreditWise account regarding a new Delinquent Account Alert from TransUnion. Below are the details: Creditor: BANK OF AMERICA Amount Delinquent: $[redacted].00 Payment Status: Late 30 Days As far as I am aware, I do not have an account with BANK OF AMERICA. Could this account possibly belong to my father, Gregory Allen Ferra Sr.? Is there a way to have this alert removed from my credit history? Thank you, Greg F. Jr.

On January 13, [redacted], I successfully cancelled my subscription through your website and received a confirmation email stating that it was cancelled effective from 11/20/19, which is two months earlier than expected. After confirming with customer service that my account was indeed cancelled, I was surprised to receive another credit notification from Transunion via email recently. When I inquired today, I was informed that my account will be officially cancelled on 2/11/[redacted]. This raises concerns that I may be billed for February as well. I want to make it clear that I do not wish to be billed any further after January 13, [redacted]. I will not authorize any more charges on my debit card. Please confirm that this has been noted and resolved without the need for a registered letter.

My credit score decreased by over 75 points due to an error by Synchrony Bank/Amazon. Even though the account was closed with a zero balance in March [redacted], they falsely reported a $12.99 charge and a $35.00 late fee. After correcting this in August [redacted], they once again reported it on September 16, [redacted], causing my score to drop again. Despite numerous hours spent contacting them, the issue persisted. Finally, I obtained a letter from Synchrony dated 1/13/[redacted] confirming that I was never delinquent and instructing credit agencies to remove any negative information related to this account. All my accounts maintain current status with a perfect on-time payment history. I appreciate your attention to resolving this matter. Thank you. - W. L. Brewer

I am struggling to temporarily lift my credit freeze. Despite multiple attempts over several days and using GetHuman, I have not received any response. I was promised a pin number within 10 minutes, but it never arrived. Even after submitting my information multiple times, I was asked to mail in the same details. Although I did receive a pin number once, when I entered it, the system claimed it didn't exist. Yesterday and today, I was told I would receive a code within a minute, but each time I never actually got the code. This is causing me a lot of frustration as I urgently need access to my account for my daughters' apartment rent starting in June for school. I followed the website's advice to call a phone number, but after calling all listed numbers, I was repeatedly instructed to go online and then hung up on. I am in desperate need of assistance.

I needed to reach out to TransUnion Canada (TUC) to challenge an item on my credit file. I had obtained my credit report from Credit Karma and didn't need to purchase a new one. When creating an account with TUC to dispute the error, a credit card validation was required, leading to an unexpected $19.95 charge for a credit report I didn't need. Communication with TUC has been challenging as their phone lines are only available from 9 am to 5 pm, and contacting them by mail is the alternative. I'm looking for an email address to reach them since I can't log in to my account or retrieve my login details.
