I've tried repeatedly to talk to a Transamerica representative with respect to my life insurance policy (**AK******) through phone calls and trying to sign up to the website unsuccessfully on numerous occasions to access my account using the procedure for setting up an access account initially. I want to cancel a policy, but need to ask some questions before doing so. Wait time by phone has been stated from *-* hours to **-** hours (obviously a broken system). Do not want the policy cancelled outright before my questions are answered via phone call. Request a response to *** ***-**** or *** ***-****, hopefully with caller ID because of so many robocalls I receive daily.
GetHuman5884068 did not yet indicate what TransAmerica should do to make this right.
