My customer ID * is ****** which I received from a very unpleasant customer service representative. I noticed that your customer service received * stars but after speaking with this person I would have to say that is generous. *My home is less than * years old and the compressor broke. I cannot believe that this could break and not even make it through the summer. I am * months pregnant and have * young children and it happened to be the hottest weekend of the summer. We had to endure this heat for * days because we couldn’t get a serviceman to come as the trouble began on a Saturday and we had no where else to go. *Even though the part was under warranty as it was built in ****, I had to pay $****.**. I would hope that this company would stand by their product and help defray the cost of this repair. *The serial number is *****JLJ*F and the model number is *TTR****D****NA. In order to get any other numbers I would have to have the unit dismantled. *I do hope to receive some positive news from you so I can recommend your product in the future.
