Hello, my name is Brady R., and my phone number is [redacted]. I have a history of being a customer for over 5 years. Recently, I bought an extra $10 of data which I have not received. I have spent over an hour on two separate phone calls trying to resolve this issue. Despite being told the purchase is visible, I have not gotten the data. This has been very frustrating for me. I have voiced my concerns on every Facebook post of yours, but no one has assisted me yet. I hold confirmation numbers for my purchase. Though it may only be $10, I feel deceived and it's disheartening. I am considering seeking additional support through different means if this matter is not resolved. Kindly address this situation promptly.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the customer service provided by Straight Talk in addressing my poor internet connection issues. I have paid for a plan that includes 25GB of high-speed 4G internet, which I am unable to utilize. Unfortunately, instead of resolving the problem, a representative disconnected my service. Prior to upgrading my phone in March, I had no issues with fast internet at home. However, since the upgrade, I cannot access service at my residence. Straight Talk's suggestion to use the service outdoors is not a viable solution. I am requesting that my internet service be restored to its previous functionality or a refund be issued for the phone and the remaining 3 months of service, excluding the initial 2 weeks when it worked properly.

I have been a loyal customer of Tracfone for a long time, and both my husband and I use your services. However, we are older and find it challenging to adapt to new technology. We mainly use our phones for talk and texting and do not need data or online features. I am looking for a way to purchase additional minutes for talk and texting only. Your monthly plans are not suitable for our needs, and I cannot find any options for just talk and messaging. I have unused data on my phone that I don't need. Please consider providing options for customers like us who prefer simple plans without data. I value the service I have received from Tracfone and hope to continue as a satisfied customer. Thank you, Theresa H.

I need help with my Tracfone account. I've been a customer for years and recently updated to an iPhone 6S and then to an iPhone SE. Originally, my flip phone was set up with a Zip code from my previous workplace. Since switching to the iPhone, I constantly get the "You are Roaming" message when making local calls. Tracfone attempted to fix this by changing my Zip code and phone number in my home area, but the issue persists. Due to language barriers when talking to Tracfone representatives on the phone, my wife and I struggle to communicate our concerns. We are considering switching carriers due to this ongoing problem. Any assistance in resolving this would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Roger T.

I have been using a "Bring Your Own Phone" auto-pay Tracfone account with an unlocked "moto g 3rd gen" smartphone since March [redacted]. Recently, I purchased a "moto g power [redacted]" as my old phone's battery died. I am looking to transfer my phone number and account to this new device. When I tried using the nano Sim-card leftover from [redacted], the phone didn't have phone-call or text capability. Do I need to buy a new nano Sim-card for unlocked phones, and should it be for GSM, CDMA, or another option? Once I have the correct Sim-card, what steps should I take to transfer my old number and account to the new phone? Additionally, how can I transfer my Google contacts, phone history, and text history to the new device? I have already transferred my apps, email, and photos by connecting the new phone to my home Wi-Fi network and Google, but the other data is missing. Thank you for your assistance!

Dear Customer Service, I need assistance regarding an order placed for a tracphone for my client on June 5, [redacted]. According to FedEx, the delivery was made to the door, but the building setup does not allow for this type of delivery. The tracking numbers provided are [redacted]22 for FedEx and [redacted][redacted] for the "inactive device" email from Tracphone. Tracphone charged $79.00 to my client's account, but the phone was never received. After contacting FedEx, they were not helpful. I have been in contact with Tracphone's customer service daily, but the service has been unsatisfactory. I require assistance in resolving this matter promptly for my client. Despite choosing Tracphone for its reasonable prices over Verizon, the lack of customer service has been disappointing. I am seeking a resolution to this issue to ensure my client receives the phone. Your prompt attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, LTW

I recently purchased the K31 Rebel (LGL355DL) from Tracfone in March [redacted] to use with my hearing aids. The phone speaker stopped working on June 22. I contacted Tracfone on June 23 and mailed the defective phone back to them as per their instructions. Tracfone received the phone in LaVergne, Tennessee on June 28. They mentioned it would take 3 to 5 days to process the return, but I have not received any updates or a replacement yet. I did get an email confirming my auto refill payment until August 23, but nothing about the exchange status.

I have been attempting since 8/11 to transfer my number and plan to a new phone. Unfortunately, I have been facing significant challenges with this process. My father is currently in hospice care, and it is crucial that I have a working phone for the hospice group to contact us. Despite numerous calls to customer service, I have encountered difficulties understanding the technicians due to language barriers and unprofessional behavior. I was advised to get a TracFone sim kit from Walmart, but when I tried to use it, the Verizon sim did not work. I have been charged for service from July to August, even though my phone is not operational. Being a customer since [redacted], I have never experienced such problems with transferring my number and plan. I urgently need my phone activated so the hospice team can reach us in this critical time.

I have been a loyal TrackFone customer for years, purchasing a new phone with minutes from the Home Shopping Network whenever my bundle expires. My problems started when I got the Samsung Galaxy A20 about 6 months ago from HSN. Now, I often can't complete calls, even to numbers I dial often, with a message saying the number isn't registered. There are many dropped calls. My friends and family struggle to reach me. TracFone refused to replace the defective phone. I got a T-Mobile plan but they assigned me a new number with a new sim card, and I want to keep my old number. Can you help me port my number?

Last month, I discovered I needed a new phone due to Tracfone's service change to 5G. I ordered a new A406DL with Order No: [redacted]6, and Tracfone sent me a TF LG L122DL CDMA phone, attempting to transfer my old phone [redacted]. Despite multiple interactions with Tracfone support, the new phone only connected to a "straight-talk operator." To expedite the process, I purchased another Tracfone which arrived sealed with the SIM [redacted] [redacted] [redacted] [redacted] [redacted] [redacted] 51. Upon calling Tracfone to set up the second new phone, I provided all the necessary numbers from the red sheet, but the operator refused to proceed when she learned the phone was from eBay without explanation. I am unsure why Tracfone was unable to activate the phone they sent me or why they declined to assist with the second phone. I had two functioning Tracfones prior to this service change, and now one is operational while the other is unusable. Should I seek better service elsewhere?

I've been noticing your commercials on TV and I'm interested in learning more about your new service offerings. My main priority is finding the most affordable monthly plan since my husband and I are on a tight budget at 55 years old. We are seeking a plan that includes unlimited talk, text, and data. Ideally, we hope that phones come complimentary with your service because we don't want to spend much on them since we primarily use them for emergencies, especially for health reasons as I am on Hospice. It is important for us to keep our current phone numbers that we have had for over 20 years. Currently, I am paying $68 per month for 2 lines with my existing carrier but I am looking to switch due to constant fee increases, early withdrawals from my account, and daily harassment about payments. After 8 months of this distressing experience, I am ready for a change. Can your company provide a solution for our phone needs? Any details would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Cheryl S.

I received a notification about network upgrades affecting my service. Despite initial skepticism, I decided to comply and searched for a new phone. TRACFONE offered me a $15 discount code, but it didn't work during checkout. After trying different promo codes, I finally managed to get a small discount. Recently, I received an email about a clearance sale, but the website link provided didn't seem to work properly. I am frustrated with the whole process and the website's dysfunction. I am considering reaching out to the company via email to address these issues. If not resolved satisfactorily, I am prepared to switch to a different provider. Thank you for your support. Sincerely, Gregory W.

Hello, I am concerned about the charges on my bill for a Tracfone that I do not own. If it is under my name, it has not been used, possibly it belonged to my late son, who passed away a year ago and has not used the phone since. I would appreciate it if you could investigate this issue and provide me with details about these charges. I am living on a fixed income and cannot afford to pay for a service that isn't being utilized. The charges have been appearing since at least May. Kindly inform me about the email associated with this phone to assist in resolving this matter and obtaining a refund. I look forward to your response. Thank you for your assistance. My name is Mona Brown, and my son was Scott Winkler.

I am currently using a Tracfone LG 306G phone with triple minutes for life. Since I will need to upgrade soon due to the 3G network becoming obsolete, I am wondering if I can transfer my triple minutes for life and over 5,[redacted] service days to a new smartphone. I also enjoy buying prepaid cards to add minutes as needed, so I hope that will still be an option. Can you confirm that the triple minutes, texts, and data will transfer to the new phone and remain valid for life? I have been a loyal customer with Tracfone for 15 years, and five family members use the same phone. Clarification on this matter will help us decide whether to continue with Tracfone or explore other options.

I successfully applied and qualified for an EBB plan on 11/18/21. However, I have not received the complimentary compatible sim card via mail. I am unable to track the shipment to confirm its status. I need this information to switch my phone plan to Straight Talk. Kindly update me on the shipment status. Thank you. Feel free to contact me at [redacted] for a quicker response. -Kris

I contacted your customer service team at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time. The automated system presented various options including changing phone numbers. Following the instructions, I requested to change my phone number. The system mentioned it would text me a new number shortly. However, after following the steps of turning off and on my phone with no success, I have not received the new phone number. As a result, I currently have no service on my phone.

As a long-term customer, I have been with your service since the late nineties. Over the years, I've changed phones and numbers several times. Now, I am using a One Plus 7 with Tracfone service following the "BYOD" approach. However, when I log into my online Tracfone account, I notice that it does not display any devices associated with my account. I attempted to add my phone using both my number and IMEI, but neither method was successful. I am looking to have my phone officially recognized as the device linked to my account since it currently shows no devices. Any assistance with this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I found this information on the TF website: If you switch to the Unlimited Talk & Text plan, your current benefits will carry over without any losses. Additionally, your current expiration date will be extended by 30 days. Once the Unlimited Talk & Text plan expires, you can continue using your previous benefits. I recently bought a new phone with [redacted] minutes/texts/data but haven't received them after activating the phone and transferring my number. Customer service first mentioned the [redacted] minutes will be added after the unlimited plan expires. In a subsequent call, they claimed I had already used up the minutes and texts, which doesn't align with the website's information about not losing regular minutes. My unlimited plan is ending today.

Today, on December 9, [redacted], with the outstanding assistance of "Hazel" (Employee ID # [redacted]), I successfully transferred service including my phone number, talk minutes, texts, and data balances from a Samsung Galaxy A10e to another Samsung Galaxy A10e, both with TracFone as the service provider. Hazel/[redacted] was patient and professional throughout the process, making her the best customer service associate I have ever interacted with. I highly recommend TracFone for cell phone needs due to the exceptional service provided. Thank you, TracFone. I would appreciate it if a supervisor or another management official could contact me on my smartphone at [redacted] as I have some points of information to discuss with an authorized representative. Sincerely, Thomas A. - a 10-year TracFone customer.
