I was informed that my old LG phone, [redacted], was obsolete and needed to be replaced with a new device compatible with the Homer, Alaska [redacted] area. However, upon trying to transfer my minutes to the new phone, I was informed it was not suitable due to the provider. I need to return the phone without incurring return shipping charges. I would like a replacement phone that works in my area without additional fees or receive a full refund including any restocking fees. I have spent numerous hours on the phone, often getting disconnected when transferred to different support personnel. Kindly assist me in resolving this matter promptly. Thank you.

Serial Number (also known as IMEI, MEID, or ESN): [redacted] [redacted] [redacted] [redacted] [redacted] SIM Card Number: [redacted] [redacted] [redacted] [redacted] [redacted] [redacted] 44 Hello, I am in California. Yesterday, I attempted to activate my new Tracfone Samsung Galaxy A10e that I purchased from your official eBay account. The phone came with a one-year plan including [redacted] minutes/texts and 1.5GB of data. However, after restarting my phone, I did not receive a phone number and could not make calls. Whenever I try to make a call, it disconnects immediately. My phone displays "unknown" for the phone number, sim card status, mobile network state, and mobile voice network type. I skipped creating a Tracfone account, thinking I could do it later. When I entered my sim card number in the Tracfone app, it prompted me to verify that I am the phone holder. It showed an option to select an active device, but the only option displayed was a phone number I do not recognize (***)-***-[redacted]. I would greatly appreciate your assistance in assigning me a new phone number and activating my plan. Thank you.

I have been a loyal Tracfone customer for many years. I recently activated a new phone on 8/24/20 and successfully transferred my data, text, and talk minutes. However, my phone number did not port over initially, causing me to seek assistance. After troubleshooting with a representative via chat, my number was eventually transferred by a helpful associate at Walmart. Unfortunately, my service was unexpectedly shut off on 9/24/20. Despite contacting customer service twice and receiving some additional talk minutes, I was only offered the original 1,[redacted] data, text, and talk minutes from my new phone, rather than the combined balance from my old device. Despite my protests, I had to accept this resolution. I hope to have my account credited with the correct balance I had prior to the issue to continue my satisfaction as a Tracfone customer. Thank you for addressing this promptly.

I have purchased more than one unlimited plan, but when I call, my calls are often forwarded to an automatic system to refill my time. This has occurred multiple times, even after recently buying [redacted] minutes that I couldn't have used up so quickly. When I checked my balance, I found I had [redacted] minutes on Oct. 1, [redacted], with service valid until 1/25/[redacted]. Shortly before that, it showed between [redacted] and [redacted] minutes. I would appreciate receiving a printout of my usage for the last three months. It's terribly inconvenient to manage my phone this way. Could I please have access to an "remaining minutes" feature when I make calls? Thank you for your assistance. - S. Pazara

I have three Tracfone devices. The oldest one used to work well, but now it takes a long time to dial a number even when fully charged. After falling behind on some bills with Atlantic Broadband, I paid them $[redacted].24 to reconnect my service, but I still had no internet or phone. Atlantic promised a quick reconnection after payment, but it didn't happen, leaving me without vital services. I tried to contact them to no avail. The lack of communication led to a dangerous situation where I fell and struggled to get up without any means to call for help. Atlantic then suggested paying more for a service plan, but I am now in search of a more reliable internet provider. I strongly discourage anyone from using Atlantic Broadband.

I have a wireless plan for my air card under number [redacted], expiring in July [redacted]. Recently, I received a mysterious voicemail prompting me to take actions without clear identification. Checking my Tracfone account, I realized I had used up all my airtime. I tried to follow the instructions given in the voicemail by restarting the device, but the issue persisted. When I called back and selected option 1, they requested my 15-digit pin, which I couldn't locate. Frustrated, I couldn't proceed without it. All I need is to refill my airtime to resume making calls.

Hello, I currently have an automatic payment plan that deducts every 3 months. I recently added $18.67 to refill my Android phone, which gives me 1.01 GB of data, [redacted] text messages, and [redacted] minutes of talk time. My current refill expires on 1/06/[redacted], and I sometimes purchase an additional 1.0 GB of data for $10.00. I am interested in a plan that provides 3 months of service with a minimum of 2.0 GB of data, unlimited texts, and unlimited talk time. Are there any plans available that meet these requirements? Tracfone offers various prepaid plans starting at $20 per month, including unlimited talk and text with 1GB of 4G LTE data. Higher-tier plans at $25 and $30 per month come with more data. Additional high-speed data can be purchased for $10 per GB, as there is no unlimited data plan option.

I accidentally dropped my old phone in the toilet, so I bought a new phone at Walmart on Thursday. The employee in electronics set up the new phone for me. I had an old voicemail that transferred to the new phone. Despite deleting it and my phone initially working, the next morning I couldn't access my voicemail. After contacting Tracfone via text, then spending 2 hours on the phone with an agent, the voicemail started working. However, last night, I received a message saying my voicemail PIN was changed. Upon calling to check, I discovered the PIN was incorrect. After speaking with a Tracfone agent who couldn't help, I'm reaching out here to resolve this issue without the need for daily calls. My Tracfone number is [redacted]. Please assist me in fixing my voicemail as I am a caregiver and cannot spend extensive time on the phone trying to solve a problem I didn't cause.

I am experiencing difficulties with my phone battery. I have been informed that I am eligible for a replacement phone. The process involves sending my current phone first for the exchange to take place. I rely on my phone for emergencies and cannot be without one. I kindly request that the new phone be sent to me upfront. I can then activate it before returning the faulty phone. Upholding the good customer service you advertise on your website should mean accommodating this request. Thank you.

I recently purchased 2 Tracfone devices. One was for work purposes with the number [redacted]. Unfortunately, the phone provided did not meet my job requirements. After trying a Samsung device which also did not work, I bought an iPhone. After significant time on the phone, it was determined that I was given the wrong SIM card, leaving me without service on the old phone. The replacement SIM card received did not fit the iPhone. Additionally, I am unable to access messages on the old phone due to a password issue. This situation has caused stress at work, as my boss is pressuring me to resolve the number setup promptly. I am puzzled by the numerous errors on your end and the mystery of how my access password was changed without my knowledge.

I apologize for missing my Tracfone expiration date. Today, I encountered issues trying to purchase more minutes. The representative I spoke to had poor audio quality and there were communication challenges. After a disconnect, I tried calling again. The automated system quoted me a higher price of $30+, which I did not proceed with as it seemed inaccurate. I am worried about my credit card information being held by Tracfone without being able to successfully add minutes through customer service. I have been a loyal Tracfone customer for years and would like to continue purchasing 60 minutes for 90 days as before. Kindly charge my credit card account correctly at $20.71 for the 60 minutes (double minutes) and add them to my phone promptly. Thank you for your assistance.

I have a Samsung A10e on the Verizon network. I've attempted to place an overseas call to Paris, France using a $20.00 global calling card. Despite dialing the country code, city code, and number, I kept receiving a recording followed by rapid beeps and a Verizon Wireless message. I was advised to try dialing "1" before the country code, but the issue persisted. The customer service representatives were unable to resolve the problem even after multiple calls and over an hour of troubleshooting, resulting in disconnections. If anyone has encountered a similar issue or has advice, please share.

After buying this Tracfone, I've been inundated with calls for the previous number owner, unable to access my voicemail. I've contacted customer service but no solution was provided. I might have to switch to my other phone. Can this be fixed, or should I request a new number for my Tracfone, number [redacted]? Even after receiving a new number on 11/11/20, I am still unable to set up my voicemail due to being prompted for a password I don't have.

My mother has a TracFone and currently resides at a Nursing Home in Canton, Maine. Unfortunately, she is experiencing a lack of service on her phone. I am reaching out to understand the reason behind this issue. Similarly, I also use a TracFone and have noticed a decline in service coverage in areas where I previously had no problems. I keep receiving a message prompting me to insert a card to send a message. My phone number is [redacted]. Could these occurrences be linked to the plan we are subscribed to?

I have been trying for three weeks to obtain a prepaid return label to send back my Alcatel phone to you. I have sent four emails explaining that it won't activate. Even with help from a tech-savvy friend, we couldn't resolve the issue. My customer number is [redacted] and my order number is 2B829. As a low-income senior, I can't afford to lose the $21.00 I paid for this faulty phone. I used to be a satisfied Tracfone customer years ago before I moved. Now, the lack of assistance is disappointing. I hope someone at Tracfone will show some compassion and assist me with this matter. Thank you, Edwin S.

I purchased an Alcatel My Flip2 Tracfone online around November 1 for my location in zip code [redacted]. Despite being assured it would work in my area, the phone arrived on November 8 and could not be activated as confirmed by Tracfone. When I tried to return it shortly after, I was informed that I would incur return and restocking fees. I believe I should not be responsible for any costs since the mistake was on your end for sending me an incompatible device. I paid $21.53 via credit card which I would like refunded, along with a prepaid return label from UPS. I did not make an error, and I expect a full refund so I can purchase a compatible phone from your company. Your prompt attention to this matter is appreciated. Thank you.

I am facing challenges due to my hearing impairment. Communicating with someone who doesn't speak English is difficult. My Tracfone number is [redacted], and I rely on it to keep in touch with my family. I've been a loyal Tracfone customer for a long time and recently renewed my yearly plan for $[redacted]. However, I received an email stating that my cancellation request was received, which I did not submit. I want to continue my subscription and do not wish to cancel. Kindly assist me in resolving this issue with my credit card on file. Thank you.

My Tracfone, number [redacted], has suddenly stopped working. When attempting to report the issue by calling 1-[redacted], a message states that there is a pending transaction and to call back later. This has persisted for 3 days, causing frustration as I am unable to get help. My wife also has a Tracfone, number [redacted], but due to COVID-19, we now feel we only need one phone since we are always together. Considering this, I am willing to give up my malfunctioning LG phone but would like to discuss a replacement and continuing service in the hopes that the virus situation improves soon. At 86 and 88 years old, we rely on Tracfone for emergencies only. Please address this issue promptly and inform me of the next steps for my non-functional LG phone. Thank you for your assistance. I can be reached at [redacted] or [redacted]. Thank you, Bill Z.

As a Tracfone customer and rewards program member, I have been disappointed by the inability to utilize my accumulated points for any tangible benefits. Despite having thousands of points, there seems to be no viable option to obtain a voucher or coupon that can be applied towards the purchase of a phone. The company's rewards program, which is heavily promoted, is currently functioning in a manner that feels deceptive. Upon visiting the "redeem points" page, I have observed multiple ways to use my points, only to discover that all options are indefinitely listed as "Coming Soon." This state of limbo has persisted for an extended period, leading to frustration. Despite reaching out for assistance, the responses provided by their representatives have been unhelpful, with the issue unresolved. It is imperative for Tracfone to either make the redemption methods accessible and practical or be transparent about the limitations of their rewards program to ensure customer trust and satisfaction.

I am interested in buying a different flip phone because the one I purchased, Alcatel A405DL, is still unopened as I was advised that the 4G network activation has been delayed. I am looking to return the unused Alcatel phone and exchange it for an LG Classic flip L125DL. Could you please guide me on how to proceed with this exchange? Thank you, Lillian.
