Today I attempted to use my cell phone, only to be told that it was inoperable, and that I needed to purchase a new phone and a new contract, if I wanted Trak Phone service. However, I purchased, in the past, a Trak Phone Minutes Card which still has quite a number of minutes left on the phone. I am confused as to how Trak Phone can summarily disallow those purchased minutes by holding me hostage to buying a new phone, and by forcing me to obligate to a user contract….giving me four (*) contractual options! I question the legality of this tactic, and am seeking relief from Trask Phone, as it regards this situation! Jerome Clark Phone * ***-***-****
