I am unable to make or accept calls. I have tried to chat online, but am not getting anywhere. As of late my phone has been dropping calls.*I get text messages saying that the LTE is all up to date. I still have this issue.*I turn my phone on an off and still have the issue.

GetHuman-pasorobl did not yet indicate what Tracfone should do to make this right.
