I just upgraded my tracfone to LG Rebel *. When I go to my account it still has the serial * of my old fone and says "in active account" how do I get my new serial * in

I went on live chat and they fixed it on their end. They were very patient and we tried a lot of things before they decided to put the right serial number in from their end. I'm becoming a regular on chat. This upgrade is VERY confusing to me.. Good luck to anyone with troubles, It takes a lot but the people on chat are very patient and helpful
