Ref Order No ********* for a BYOF SIM card. It was shipped on ********* by Fedex two day. It was supposed to *be delivered on **** or ****. It did not arrive on **** but Fedex tracking indicated that it had arrived at Fedex Ashland, VA and delivery was pending. On Sat ********* if visited the Ashland Fedex Ground facility and talked with a rep on the from the guard station. She said her information showed the package was there but it had been locked a trailer which she did not have access to. She said she would put our a bulletin to find this package and try to have it delivered on Monday **** (today). So this morning I checked Fedex tracking to see if it was out for delivery...unbelivedly it state that the packed had been delivered on **** and had been signed for by one F. Door. I do not know this person or where he*she lives...we know our immediate neighbors. **I have contaced Fedex about this and they are working to hopefully find it. But they instructed me to wait until the **th and if they had not delivered it, to contact Tracfone to do your lost order process. Here's the Fedex case number***********. The Fedex tracking number provided by Tracfone was ***************.**All this research and calling has taken me hours...all for a ** cent SIM. I would suggest you use a differenct carrier in the future.
