My dad bought a Tracfone from Walmart on October **th, an Alcatel Raven LTE A***BL and had it activated. He did not like the phone number that he was given so he called and was told he would receive a new SIM card, which he did yesterday, and we replaced it in his phone. We called the number we were told to call when we rec'd the SIM card to have a new number assigned to the new SIM card. After being on the phone with a rep for an hour, I was given a new phone number and told to power off the phone and power it back on and make a call. I did that and it said, "Cellular Network not available." The rep told me to turn it off again and keep trying and that was the end of the call. It is still saying that. We cannot make a phone call and neither SIM card is recognized in the Tracfone system. My dad is hard of hearing and I am taking care of this for him. The original number assigned to the first SIM card was ***-***-**** (SIM ********************). He did not want a number with *** in it. The number I was given yesterday for his new * is ***-***-**** (SIM ********************). He needs this phone to work. Please help me get it straightened out! Thank you.
