The issue in GetHuman-korynisr's own words
I bought a new phone card to reactivate a TracFone I previously had. The phone says "Unregistered SIM". I tried to reactivate the TracFone by entering the phone number, serial number, and even the activation PIN on the back of the phone card... nothing worked. Each time after I enter any of the information it asks for it says "There is no devices in our system with the information you provided". I am confused to why this is happening if I bought an entire new phone card. Can you please help because I need this phone for emergency.
